| Visionary | Entrepreneur | CEO

With over 20 years of experience driving innovation and transformation across industries, Katrina merges science, strategy, and soul in everything she touches. From leading pharmaceutical R&D teams to building an eight-figure consulting firm, her career reflects a rare blend of purpose, precision, and impact.

She began her career in big pharma as a chemist and, after 10 years as a scientific researcher, pivoted into an R&D project manager role—playing a key part in bringing critical drug therapies from the lab bench to pharmacy shelves. When she lost her position in big pharma due to layoffs, Katrina turned that moment into momentum—co-founding Artemis Factor, a strategic consulting firm that partners with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations to deliver complex, high-impact projects that accelerate the path from molecules to medicine—getting pills to pharmacies and ultimately to patients faster. In her role as Chief Operating, Strategy & Growth Officer, Katrina has helped shape Artemis into a trusted name—known for delivering measurable results with excellence and integrity.

Katrina is also the CEO of KNH Enterprises, the umbrella organization for her diverse portfolio of ventures, including real estate, advisory services, and legacy-focused investments—all rooted in her commitment to economic empowerment, generational wealth, and purpose-driven leadership. Her real estate portfolio spans fix-and-flips, long-term rentals, and short-term Airbnb properties.

She is the founder of THEHAWC, a nonprofit supporting caregivers and advancing equity through financial literacy, scholarships, seed funding, and mentorship. As an angel investor, Katrina champions women-led and healthcare-aligned startups, investing in bold ideas that create lasting change.

Her leadership extends to the community through board service with Heights Philadelphia and previous tenure as Board Secretary for Women of Color in Pharma (WOCIP). Whether building companies or speaking on stage, Katrina leads with clarity, conviction, and heart.

She holds an MBA from Villanova University, executive education from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, a Master’s in Chemistry from Lehigh University, and a BA in Biochemistry from Wesleyan University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.

Katrina High doesn’t just build businesses—she builds impact, equity, and enduring momentum.
