Chanel T. Rowe, Esq. is an award-winning attorney, executive coach, and author of Finding Balance: A Devotional to Help Caregivers Move from Suffering to Strength. She began her career at two AmLaw 100 firms, clerked for a senior federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and went on to serve as Enforcement Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Chanel has also served as Senior Counsel at Johnson & Johnson and as General Counsel for a global FinTech platform, where she advised on complex cross-border investment banking transactions. Today, she leads her own boutique law and consulting firm, advising executives, companies, and institutions at the highest levels. The first Black woman to be Senate-confirmed to the Florida International University Board of Trustees, she has also been recognized as an ATL Plus “50 Most Powerful Women in Atlanta” and a Black Enterprise “40 Under 40” leader. Chanel pairs her prestigious legal career with her lived experience as a caregiver to equip founders, executives, and power players with resilience strategies rooted in faith, alignment, and purpose.
