Dr. Felicia Phillips is a Master Business Strategist and CEO Of PPICW, Incorporated headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. PPICW is a 2-Time award-winning, certified Minority Business Enterprise consulting firm specializing in program development, supplier diversity and inclusion training, and leadership development. Felicia has built her 30+ entrepreneurial career on serving, educating, and mentoring small and diverse businesses as well as assisting corporations with their diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. PPICW assisted in the development and management of Delta Air Line’s Supplier Diversity Academy and is currently managing or working with the Museum of Contemporary Arts Cleveland, Southern Company’s Economic Impact and Advocacy Program, The Urban League of Greater Columbus’ Center of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the City of Lovejoy’s Small Business Development Program and Pathward.
To date Dr. Felicia has mentored and coached over 3,000 small businesses which led her to create MogulCon, a platform for black women in business to get the tools and resources needed to build profitable businesses and position themselves in the marketplace. As the Founder of The One Million Dreams Foundation for Black Women and Girls, her mission is to provide assistance in the areas of small business growth, corporate and government contracts, supply chain and to increase the number of certified black-owned businesses.
Dr. Felicia is a member of The Forbes Coaches Council, The National Coalition of 100 Black Women Metro Atlanta Chapter, Black Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, The Atlanta Business League and is on the Board of Directors for BorderLight Cleveland. She has been featured in The Huffington Post, Atlanta Journal & Constitution, Black Enterprise, Rolling Out and Upscale Magazines, Sheen, CBS, FOX, BET, and TLC networks, and many other media outlets. Dr. Phillips has had the pleasure of working with Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy, Wells Fargo, IKEA, The Environmental Protection Agency, Papa John’s International, the Small Business Administration, and many other organizations.
Dr. Felicia has been recognized by Fulton County and Atlanta City Councils with proclamations for her work and has received The Phoenix Award from former City of Atlanta Mayor, Kasim Reed for her commitment to sustainability with the City of Atlanta. Other recognition has been the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, Top 100 Most Influential Women by Atlanta Business League, InflenceHer Award, Who’s Who In Black Atlanta, the Georgia Minority Supplier Diversity Council’s 2018 Class I Supplier of The Year, and the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council’s 2019 Class I Regional Supplier of the Year.
