Mirah Young is the Vice President of 3TG Staffing Solutions and the author of “The Mirror Method”. With over seven years of experience in operational excellence, strategic planning, and business development, she has played a pivotal role in transforming startups into recognized industry leaders. Mirah holds degrees in business administration from Clark Atlanta University and organizational leadership from Mercer University. She also possesses a Yellow Belt in project management.

Mirah’s expertise extends to working with prominent organizations such as the Department of Georgia and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW), as well as programs like the YALI Mandela Fellowship. As a GovCon consultant and strategist, she has helped over 100 businesses achieve success.

In addition to her professional achievements, Mirah is a dedicated women’s activist and speaker. She is committed to community service and mentorship, and she is one of the youngest members of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO). Mirah is also the founder of Joyinside Co., a non-profit organization that supports young women in STEAM apprenticeships, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to making a positive impact in the community.
